Le Petit Montagnard for lunch

Le Petit Montagnard offers a warm and friendly ambiance. Chef Marc Dach serves all manner of original, gourmet dishes. At lunchtime, he serves a wide range of dishes created from regional ingredients. He draws his inspiration from traditions, creating the favourite dishes of extraordinary characters such as Amédée VIII (1383-1451), Duke of Savoy, who reigned over one of the most illustrious courts in Europe and Maître Chiquart, his head chef. 

Enjoy a range of the Chef’s delicious dishes with family and friends and let yourself be tempted by his fabulous dessert trolley. From the dining room or from your comfortable seat on the south-facing terrace, drink in the views of the women's 1992 Winter Olympics downhill run or the peak of Mont Vallon at 2300 m.

La Grande Carte for dinner

The evening is just the time to tantalise your taste buds. In the gentle, subdued light of Méribel, dinner becomes a very special occasion at Le Grand Cœur restaurant. 

Our Chef's cuisine is both elegant and daring and he adds a gourmet twist to traditional dishes. This is creative fine dining, its colours and flavours appealing to all the senses – a thrill for lovers of good food. 

Our cellars contain more than 400 different wine labels from the whole of France to be served with our fine dishes. They have been carefully selected by our Maître d’Hôtel – just ask our staff for advice on the best wines to accompany your meal.

The set menu changes daily – a bonus for lovers of fine food. It offers two starters, a meat or fish course, cheeses, a dessert of the day or dessert trolley and suggested food and wine pairings.

The gourmet set menu is designed to blow you away, with a new selection of ingredients approximately every two weeks.

Chef Marc Dach has been in charge of the Le Grand Cœur & Spa kitchens since December 1991. His delightfully original, traditional cuisine is guaranteed to delight the most demanding palate. 

The Chef works his inspirational magic with ever-changing, always creative, gourmet menus. 

Enjoy gourmet heaven at one of the most sought-after restaurants in Méribel. Its cellars, with their fine wines and rare finds, also hold some nice surprises for well-informed wine connoisseurs.

Holiday Set Menus

Le Grand Cœur & Spa restaurant has created special set menus for your Christmas and New Year celebrations. Christmas Eve is a time to be shared with your family. We have created a special, festive Christmas Eve menu designed to appeal to all the family.

New Year’s Eve is a time for celebration at the restaurant. We have organised a tombola for family and friends to enjoy together. The prizes to be won include a luxury watch and a holiday break at  Club de Cavalière & Spa. Celebrations will carry on right through the night with a band specially invited for the occasion.
